Love this lab, and so happy they are all settled after their move. I’ve been sending my film to Niagara for like 5 years and they always do an amazing job, so friendly and accommodating. Recently shipped them a ton of super messy/not spooled hand-processed super8 and they made the most beautiful scans in less than 2 weeks door to door. Big thanks for all their work. Highly recommend!

Niagara Custom Lab is great. I get a lot of my Super8/16mm processed here - I also get prints done as well. Very nice staff, and very knowledgeable. Processing always looks great, and I love the work they do with prints. They also have a great digital to
film service, which I highly recommend to anyone shooting on film, wants to edit digitally and then output back onto film for exhibition. Grateful they’re around and developing motion picture film for all us film fans out there!!

Had been sending S8 rolls here successfully over the years.

This time around, the experience is not so great.

i have yet to receive my scans after they told me “Usual 2-3 weeks delivery time” , when they received my rolls.

We are on week 5 and they have yet to deliver + they won’t respond to my emails.

Just want an updated ETA on my scans.

My first experience with this lab was fantastic, back in July of this year. As advertised, It took about three weeks for my S8 scans to come back and they did in great quality. However, I have sent another roll over about a month and a half ago and since then have gotten no news. The lab will not answer any calls (voicemail is full) and have stopped answering emails. I fully understand that delays can happen, but they should at least be communicated to the customer. It is quite unprofessional to leave all concerns unanswered, especially in this field where artists choose to trust you with their passion projects. I simply wish to have some transparency on what is currently happening with my roll. I hope this can be rectified so that I keep sending films to you guys for more years to come...

I ventured into super 8 this year and have utilized Niagara Film Lab for both purchasing and developing of super 8 film. They are always prompt when answering their email and provide a quick turn around time for getting your film processed. They have been instrumental in this new hobby of mine and I have loved utilizing their lab!
