Nathan has been unbelieveably supportive ! Is always just a phone call or text away from solving any issues which may arise. Cant recommend him with any higher praise. Oh and he saved us a lot of money switching from our previous provider as well, with more coverage now than we had before

We started working with Nick at NewGround Financial when we wanted to explore new group health insurance options for our organization. We really wanted to work with a provider who understands the non-profit and charitable sector and our needs. As a mental health focused cooperative, we also wanted to have as much support for mental health and wellness for staff as possible. We also can't always move quickly at our organization as we are a small team!

Nick with NewGround Financial was great to work with. He was able to meet with us outside the office at a convenient location that worked in-between our tight schedules. Nick was extremely professional and prepared to discuss our financial needs with multiple options tailored for us. Nick reviewed with us Assured Access which we never knew about. Once he explained all the benefits and his support on the product how could we not sign up! He was also able to provide us with information and a contact for Emergency Travel which we use on a regular basis.
