They offer a solid line up of Suzuki and Kawasaki products for all seasons. It’s also handy that they have certified techs than can cover any warranty work on your unit, should you need it. Highly recommend giving them a visit for your next toy!

I've been dealing with these guys exclusively for parts for my Teryx and two Kawasaki ATV's since 2011 and purchased a new unit from them several years ago. I've also had some clutch work done to my side by side when I had them install a Dalton kit (that was another story). They were alright to deal with throughout although nothing spectacular. One day I phone for a part for the Teryx and am advised that they have 'several' on hand and in stock. I advise that I will be there the following morning as I live 93km away but need the part to get my machine going so I can move on to changing other things on it while it's inside of my shop for the winter. The following morning I drive there and speak with two guys in parts who advise that I must have been speaking with another guy in parts the previous day so one goes and fetches another young man. So there are now 3 parts guys at the computer terminal and after discussion amongst themselves and several minutes later they tell me they have no seals (the part I need) in stock and will have to simply order one for me. I advise that I drove an hour there for the sole reason of picking up this one $17 part I was assured was on hand and in stock the previous afternoon. There is more discussion and inexplicably none of the 3 parts guys can determine whom I would have spoken with and then one proceeds to ask me if I was certain that I called Naber Powerhouse. Since Naber is the only place I have dealt with for anything that is Kawasaki since 2011 as well as ATV tires, etc. I assured them that I was quite confident that I had called their business and I had spoken with one of them. Then once again the rhetoric of ordering the part in which would take 5 days, then a week, then maybe 8 days. They were polite enough but insistent that none of the 3 of them had spoken with me. Within 3 hours I located a business who had the $17 part I needed for my Teryx and when I arrived there, they had said part and I was able to purchase it plain and simple. So I wasted fuel, put on 186km round trip (to Shellbrook alone & back) and 2 hours of my time on my day off as I literally drove from my residence to Naber, turned around and drove home. The bottom line is we all make mistakes. But if you're going to deny talking to me because someone made a mistake and blow things off because it's a $17 part, that's not right and you should not be treating people in such a way. On the alternative possibility that you have other random employees answering the phone in parts at Naber Power, looking up requested parts, quoting prices and then advising that they are in stock when they are in fact not then you may want to address and correct this issue. Ironically the reason I was doing maintenance and repairs during the winter on the Teryx was so that I could sell it in the Spring and purchase a new unit as well as a small 4 stroke outboard. I'm not sure where I will be buying my new units from but it won't be from Naber. Nor will I deal with them for any further parts, service, etc. just based on the way they dealt with this small ordeal and were so shifty about it over a $17 part. Needless to say I'm not about to venture down the road of dropping $30k there in the next 3-4 months and then expecting good service and support when this happens. Sad and once again ironic when you try to support small town business and they treat you as if you're an inconvenience to deal with (bear in mind 3 of the parts employees are standing at the small counter while I am the sole customer inside) while the 'big city' business I got the part from later that same day seemed happy to have the business.
Edit: Naber initially said they wanted to work towards resolving this issue and then management informed me later also that I never made a call for parts. So review was edited from 2 stars to a 1 star as Naber just keeps managing to make a situation somehow incrementally worse instead of apologizing and admitting they were wrong. Sad and an obvious lack of integrity and professionalism at Naber Powersports
