Vous recherchez un magasin de musique avec du service à la cliente A1, c'est l'endroit ! Vous avez un problème avec un produit, ils ne vont pas se sauver à la première occasion. Ils répondent très rapidement aux questions ! La livraison est très rapide à chacune des occasion. Quand c'est bon faut le dire!

They do not publish customers reviews, they do not answer emails... I don't like what I see from them so far.

Edit. I did it to help and since it was a positive review I just don't understand why you did not publish it. More, there is almost no review on your Web site, wich tells a lot. Also, I emailed you a couple of years ago to get information about à studio soundcard and you never answered.

Ils ne publient pas les évaluations des consommateurs, ne répondent pas aux courriels... Je n'aime pas ce que je vois d'eux à date.

Mise à jour. Je l'ai fait pour aider et puisque mon évaluation était positive, je ne comprends pas pourquoi vous ne l'avez pas publiée. Qui plus est, il n'y a à peu près aucune évaluation de produit sur votre site Web, ce qui en dit long. Par ailleurs, je vous ai écrit par courriel il y a environ 2 ans afin d'obtenir de l'information sur une carte son studio et vous ne m'avez jamais répondu.

Nouvelle mise à jour. Ils ont finalement publié mon évaluation. Un pas dans la bonne direction!

I can't say enough good things about Music City Canada and absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for music gear and wanting great customer service. I had a lengthy experience with a lot of back-and-forth communication, so feel I am qualified to evaluate their overall approach to customer service, and it is fantastic.

I purchased a better-than-mid-range guitar there, online delivered to my door (across the country I might add). Online purchases can always carry a risk, and when I received it I noticed the guitar had some QA/QC problems (the finish had a number of defects, and the case it came in was mangled/crushed on the inside, even the pack-in collectible book was ripped (seemed like it was just mishandled at the factory). I wasn't expecting anything could be done about it, thinking it was probably within the acceptable tolerances of the manufacturer and therefore I'd just have to live with it.

However I decided to raise my concerns with Matt from MCC, and sent some photos of the issues. He was immensely helpful and kind right from the start. He assessed the issue from the photos and had a pretty good idea of what had happened at the factory, and explained it all in detail to me. He then investigated and described all of the possible options for how we could rectify the problem (ranging from me sending it back to have his shop see if they could repair the finish issues, to seeing if we could get a manufacturer discount, as well as options for a return or refund). I ended up deciding to return it for a replacement, and the process to send it back was swift and painless. This particular model was on backorder, so it was a long wait until I received the replacement (no fault of MCC's - this model was on backorder everywhere), and Matt was patient with me as I sent periodic check-ins (and other random questions). We exchanged several dozen emails back and forth over the course of a year, and Matt always remained professional and courteous; he made me feel as though my satisfaction was the most important factor in the whole equation, and it's so rare to encounter that these days. Most other guitar/music shops I've dealt with over the decades would absolutely not have put this kind of effort in, that is if they were willing to help at all.

I ended up with a guitar that I absolutely love; by far the best guitar I've ever played over 30 years, so it was worth the long wait. The MCC team also did a great job setting it up - it played perfectly out of the box, action at just the right height, perfect intonation, just a beautiful playing experience all around. It was worth the wait, and I'm happy to have gotten to know Matt and the rest of the MCC team a little better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of music gear (either locally or anywhere in Canada), and I will actively be looking to buy from them again in the future to support them and what they stand for. Thanks to Music City Canada for getting me my dream guitar and putting up with my obsessive tendencies!

Some folks will take advantage of you. Sold them a guitar and the guy completely played like it was worth nothing. Then the guy couldn't even sell me strings because he was too busy cleaning his new toy. Great store, don't recommended the buy-sell-trade side of things

Yes you found my phone number and contacted me to stick up for your employees and make excuses for their behavior because I wrote a review about my experience.

Your employee gave me a receipt saying i paid you $175 as a down payment for in-store credit and NO receipt for the 2006 Vintage ICON v100 distressed lemon drop peter green/kirk hammet guitar with the hard case. Stan or Jeff whichever they call you, you are unprofessional and pathetic. You made a deal for yourself.

And to the owner who tells me that his employee is having financial hardship but says he wouldn't do something like that... you are just as shady as him.

I don't understand how your employee did not ask me for ID or a signature or even give me a receipt saying I sold you a guitar.

And furthermore how could your employee tell the pods needed to be cleaned when your employee didn't even plug in the guitar to see if it worked?

Like i said, it seemed like a sketchy deal and looks like your employee may be buying goods from people without asking for ID. I don't believe i will be using your business again. Doesn't seem like your business is their to help fellow musicians at all. Definitely did not help me at all.

I am surprised the authorities haven't shown up and gone through your used gear and paperwork.

Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect ESP Arrow for a while, and Matt was incredibly patient throughout the entire journey. Even after changing my mind several times, he maintained his professionalism and top-tier customer service. In the end, I landed the phenomenal ESP E-II Arrow—and honestly, it’s the best guitar I’ve ever played. Monstrous sound, savage tones, and it plays like butter! Huge thanks to Matt!
