To add, you can tell that she is passionate about what she loves based on her experience and expertise. She is talented and knowledgeable and she just knows how to coztumize your lashes to best suit your eye shape. So you know you're in good hands.

I felt comfortable telling her that I needed a break to reposition or I that needed to use the fan on my eyes whenever I felt uncomfortable. She actually encouraged me to speak up and not just tolerate the discomfort - I love that!

I thought I would give up as I was told it was my ‘oily skin’ or ‘ your lashes don’t like extensions’, but in talking with Bianca, she reassured me neither was true! She took the time to explain and educate me on the process, and I decided to give extensions another try. Now at the time of my fill I still have good retention and I’m not feeling subconscious walking around with only a stray lash or two days before my appt!
