I wouldn't recommend this store. Their cases are very overpriced and a lot of their quality is not that great. A case that looks $10 costs $40.

I had 2 Samsung S10 phones (waterproof seal), in for a battery change. The workers were fun and great to spend time with. The lady that repaired our phones was fantastic and made sure everything was meticulous, and she made sure every step was done perfect for a perfect result!! I will definitely be back if I have any electronics to repair!

Came in from 400km away for a phone accessories, and a screen protector change. They said my actual screen was cracked and they could replace it. It would be additional $ (my phone was working fine, crack was barely noticeable.)

I explained I dont have much time in town and I'm with my children. They said don't worry, it will be a hour. After three hours, my groceries were getting cold, children were irritated and I was beginning to lose my patience as the mall was closing.

They said 'oh we have to send it away' it's a problem with the model. Blamed the phone (which was working) as the issue and not the person working on it. I should have never taken my here. They sent it away for two weeks and I missed important information on my calendar and lost out on various concrete contracting jobs only for them to return my phone and say it was un-repairable and it was common with the model. ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They didn't take responsibility and I took it to u-phone (competitor in town) explained the problem, and they fixed in in 20 mins.

Worst experience ever.
