The Mindshape team always brings so much value to the work they do, helping to identify the bigger problem to solve and providing both the creative and strategic solutions to get the work done.

It is interesting to see that several of the negative reviews are from bots or people that have never done work with the agency. Clearly false as the people and work has always been outstanding.

Extremely discouraging attitude, Ted was more focused on how much money we were going to spend rather than coming up with a plan which would help fulfill our needs. Constantly using phrases like "there are hundreds of people out there doing the same thing" however was unable to back that statement up with an example. I would never recommend Mindshape to anyone because of this horrible experience.

Extremely condescending. They do not show their value but expect their clients to sell the business model to them. Ted is very limited on selling the value of his business to the clients but more about talking in general terms about what his company has done And what he brings to the table. Keeps talking about deep pockets but doesn’t understand the pulse of the business model a client brings to the table. Very discouraging and I wouldn’t recommend people waste their time. Try BTI Brand innovations. Much better guys there and they are extremely intelligent as well.
