Words cannot express our gratitude for the team at Mile East for executing the absolute perfect wedding day for us. From early planning days, to the main event, Candice, Rick and Tracy went above and beyond to bring our vision to life.

Rick and Tracy were on site for the whole wedding weekend (and Candice behind the scenes) making sure everything ran smoothly. They ensured our day was stress free, even when carrying out a rescue mission to get our dog off of the roof of the venue house! Thanks to Rick’s quick actions, Tucker is fine and we can look back and laugh.

We highly recommend Mile East for their planning, coordinating and decorating services. We cannot imagine our day being as seamless and perfect if it wasn’t for them.

Absolutely outstanding! Mile East Productions was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Their attention to detail was incredible. They worked like little mice, making sure everything was perfect, yet somehow stayed completely behind the scenes. We barely saw them, but every single thing we needed was magically done. They remained calm, cool, and collected from start to finish, which set such a relaxed and joyful tone for us as the bride and groom. Guests even went out of their way to compliment their work ethic, and a few future brides in attendance told me they have already decided they want Mile East Productions to coordinate their weddings too. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding where every detail is flawlessly handled, I cannot recommend them enough.

Candice, Rick and crew went above and beyond for our day. Candice made sure to check in with me and go over every detail. Their crew made setup and tare-down for the wedding a breeze. I didn’t have to pick up a finger, and for those who know me know that I’m such a Type A person, I usually have to be in the middle of it all. Candice made it a breeze and it allowed me to sit back and enjoy every moment of it. I got to be present with my friends family and new husband the week leading up to the wedding. Candice even went so far as to bring me Advil and water to me before the entrance at the reception. Rick also killed it with the music. I don’t think there was a moment that there wasn’t people on the dance floor. You guys truly have no idea how much this meant to us .❤️

Candice was very easy to communicate with. She answered every one of my emails in a timely matter. She truly wanted my wedding to be a success, and would give me advice. This is some of the best money I spent on my wedding. The decorations were all beautiful and the set up and take down service was worth it. I would not of had the time or energy to do all the work Candice and her team did.

Can not say enough about this business. As a very indecisive bride Rick and Candice were there to help guide me through every decision and I had full trust in them being able to execute the vibe I was looking for.

We originally hired Mile East Productions for a decoration service and a couple months before the wedding I decided to ask Rick and Candice to coordinate as well. Best.decision.ever. They were a major factor in why I was zero stressed on the day of our wedding and was completely blown away by what they transformed the venue into.
They made sure our day was not only run in a timely manner but also well organized, took care of the florals, did pick ups, made payments, set up, take down, all while not having to lift a single finger

Candice and Rick blew my expectations out of the water, quite literally. I reached out to Mile East Productions back in 2021 for our September 2023 wedding. Over the 2 year time span we spoke often over phone, text, email and in person to plan a back yard barn wedding.

Candice and Rick made multiple visits to the working barn that they planned to transform into the wedding venue I had envisioned. Along came hurricane Lee and with the approaching storm Candice kept in close contact with us and started sourcing other options in the background for us as we had no concrete back up plan. When we came to terms that our backyard barn wedding was not going to be possible Candice and Rick had multiple options for us to look at , keep in mind we were about to re plan a whole wedding in 5 short days.

We agreed on the guilded courtroom as our back up options and boy did they pull through. Not a single detail went without attention. They arranged the courthouse to accommodate for my guest list as space was limited and it was absolutely stunning. With the new venue came tweeks in the decor and they were ready with their large inventory to help sway decor pieces to match the venue. We would have never been able to pull this day off without them.

If you are considering hiring a wedding coordinator/planner I highly recommend Mile East productions. Candice and Rick are the absolute best they ensure every thing flows with ease, people are where they need to be when they need to be there, their attention to detail is excellent and their knowledge in the wedding industry alone is priceless.

They truly go above and beyond right down to the thoughtful wedding day gift they gifted us.
