As the mother of the bride, I was so busy troubleshooting problems that I barely had a moment to enjoy the day. Yet, thanks to Mel's Videography, we have the most beautiful, heartfelt memories captured on film. Every smile, tear, and joyous moment was documented with such artistry and attention to detail. They were able to capture the bride's emotional reaction to a surprise guest from overseas right before she went down the aisle. They were also able to take my wedding video and capture a piece where my daughter danced with us during our first dance. This was played at the wedding as a nostalgic flash back and was included in my daughter's video meshed with her own first dance. Incredible!

It perfectly encapsulated the love and happiness of the day, allowing us to relive those precious moments over and over again, and in my case, for the first time. I was able to see the things that I missed. Mel and Grace went above and beyond, not just as videographers but as true storytellers. From the moment we met, they made us feel like family, getting to know about our family, which helped them to identify what would be meaningful to us.

When we began our wedding planning journey, we debated on whether to include videography services as we were trying to keep things small, knowing that the couple would have two weddings as the groom was from South Korea, so they would need to be married there as well. We decided to go ahead with it as there would be many family and friends that would not be able to attend the wedding. We searched extensively, looking at examples of artistry and sound quality. We searched wedding sites for most recommended and tried to narrow our search. We then did what you are doing now, and looked at reviews from real customers to get a feel for each of the different videographers. Mel's Videography had many excellent reviews and that prompted us to meet with Mel and Grace to have a further discussion about what they could offer. My daughter's wedding ceremony took place outside at Jackson Park, so we wanted to ensure that the video would be able to pick up what was being said without the interference of wind or other outside noises. Mel's Videography did not disappoint. The sound quality was excellent and crystal clear.
