They are very professional and helpful people. Firstly they took my new born pic in couple of seconds after the setup. And as we were leaving my toddler snatched the photo of my hand and the stamp ink came on the picture. I requested them if they could help, he instantly printed two new pictures. Highly recommend. I popped in, needing a passport photo for my 1 year old. He was so kind and had it done so quickly. Will be doing all our passport photo needs there from here on out. While waiting for our photos I could hear how knowledgable and kind both staff were, as they were helping other customers. I don't know anything about cameras, but they sure do!

Have absolutely been blown away by the customer service at McBains. I’ve gone in several times looking for something and they’ve pointed me in a different direction that was more affordable and given much advice on what product would work best. I never feel like a sale but they look at what would be in my best interest. 100 percent recommend supporting them for anything camera related.

Came here today to grab a nice entry level camera and these guys really helped me out. They showed me a few cameras and let me try them out to find the one I liked. If you want a camera these guys will definitely have more knowledge about what cameras will fit your need over other places like bestbuy.
