Matthew is the best real estate agent I've ever used. He's patient, extremely professional, and actually cares that you get into a place that you will love. He's extremely thorough, and does insane amounts of research and work into every property he shows you. His background is not just real estate, but also homebuilding, so he can drill down past the pretty interiors into actual structural issues that may be costly down the road. If I ever need another realtor in the future, it will be Matthew.
