Lots of great shows. There is also a theatre in Bancroft. The Million Dollar Quartet is there and then will move to Whitby. Maybe the Whitby theatre will have more Tweed's shows there? The Marble Arts theatre has a new addition that is nearing completion. It will make things better for the actors and the audience. Live theatre is a fun experience. Give it a try.

I’ve attended a musical production my niece was in and recently saw a matinee spoof murder mystery. Intimate atmosphere, friendly staff, and professional productions. Classic live theatre style. Worth the scenic 2.5hr drive from Muskoka. Town of tweed near by quaint coffee shop and cool antique shops.

I have seen many shows over the years - theatre, music, comedy and more- at the MAC. An intimate historic venue with comfy seats and great acoustics. Always worth the trip to Actinolite (just north of Tweed)…congratulations to the the Tweed & Area Arts Council for establishing this cultural hub, and to Tweed & Company Theatre for continuing to present too-notch performances!

lovely old building, not disability accessible though as no ramps and seats low and close together. Play we saw very enjoyable and staff excellent.
