The Luxe team from Revel Realty have been absolutely fantastic. They helped me and my husband find our first home six years ago and were beyond patient explaing what to look for when buying a home. Not only did they help us buy our first home but they helped us sell it. They did an amazing job listing our home and finding the ideal buyers in a limited time frame. Our house was sold in under a month of being listed!! During that time they helped us find a larger home that fits all of the needs we had for our family. Dave and Steph were really helpful when I was looking for a house to buy. The biggest thing about someone you work with is trust. There was a house listed well above what it should have been, they could have said it was a good price and I would have made the offer and bought it. But they looked into comparisons, were honest about what the house should have been at, and I didn't buy the house because of that. Eventually I found one that was even better with a more realistic asking price and am much happier for it. They were very accommodating with my difficult work schedule; my house closed four days ago and I still haven't seen it in the light.. they were really good with seeing houses when I could get there. They also helped fix up a few things after it closed because I would not have been able to. I already have, and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

I cannot say enough good things about Steph and Dave. They are realtors turned family friends. My parents, grandparents and now my partner and I have used them to buy and sell houses and I would not go with anyone else. I looked at many houses with Dave and he would crawl into all the nooks and crannies to see all the small details of a house.. his attention to detail was better than any inspector we have used. Dave found mould, leaks, uneven foundation, etc in houses that at first glance looked perfect, and Steph helped make sure we were in a safe neighbourhood and helped make the house we ended up loving feel like a home. Their house flipping in the past helped us estimate costs of future work the houses would need and also helped us see when something was done well or not in terms of upgrades done on the houses. I am so grateful to both of them because they actually turned me away from most houses as it wasn’t worth the money and hard work that would need to go into the house. And I am so grateful that they did because my partner and I bought a house of our dreams that needs minimal work. It checked off all of our wants and needs, and then some.
