Usually love it but it’s getting so worn down and grimy, generally unsafe. Went yesterday. Carousel at the ball pit wasn’t working, little peanut carousel at the front not working, both ball machines not working. Dirty, lots of holes in netting. Could be a simple as shutting down for a few days and cleaning it up and fixing. Would love to come back to things working and not being worried about the safety of my children.

Used to be great, now is ok. They dont keep up on maintenance of the areas. Ball area machines are not working. The swings have two broken. They dont let food or drinks from other places and their coffee machine out of the 6 hot drinks that could make now only makes two!

Great experience! Kids celebrated a birthday and the staff were so kind and helpful. Pizza was also delicious. Great place to get out of the cold and have fun

Had my sons 6th birthday party here with a bunch of his friends and they loved this place! It was very clean and the staff was so awesome and super nice to our group and made his day even better. The pizza was super tasty and the party room was decorated for us with balloons and happy birthday decorations. I was able to start an open tap for the birthday party guess which made it super easy for the kids to ask for a drink when they wanted one and the owner was super chatty and wanted to make sure our party was perfect. The games were great and every kid didn’t want to leave and we were the last to leave and the staff wasn’t pushy getting us out the door at the end of the night. Lots of sitting tables for parents and the locked gate at the entrance was nice as it stops the little ones from getting out of the building if your backs turned for a second. Price was reasonable and I will be taking my kids back again.
