Update number #2 for today. Not only was the order all wrong they sent used doors!!! They were bent, dirty, and the box was taped together (the installer took pics).
In regard to the door being cored wrong, the sales clerk called us a liar and said she sold it right. How she knows this from months ago, IDK. If her memory was so great, she may have sold it correctly.
This has been an absolute disaster over stock 32"and 36" entry doors!! Failure!!

TOTAL INCOMPETENCE!!! I have been tying to get 2 doors since Fathers Day! The "Big Day" is here and they sent the wrong doors. We don't have a deadbolt and they sent one cored with two holes. The installer tried to talk my wife into the door being installed with a hole in it!!! This job was over $4000 and they think an empty 3" hole in the front door is acceptable?!?!?! I called the Installed Sales Office and the 90 year old on the phone who barely had the powers of speech told me to call the installers and tell them to call her. I am not a general contractor, you call YOUR installers and get YOUR order right.

9/18/24 Update! I have been trying to get stock doors and screen doors installed for 4 months. Lowes still can not figure it out and the install is now into Oct. This started on Fathers Day.

For such a busy weekend, you would think they had employees working. Stood around the windows and doors desk for 20 minutes and not a soul. I want to flooring and the two people working there. One was with somebody and the other was standing around doing her best to avoid eye contact. I tried to use the help button but they took it away (pic). Need storm doors for my new house.

Our dishwasher broke and we did a ton of research. We went to five different stores and settled on Lowe’s. We ordered it on 7/12 and it said we’d be getting it 7/19. I called on 7/18 saying we haven’t received an installation date. Don’t believe the false advertising. It’s August 1st and we still haven’t gotten installed. They changed it to August 6 and then we get a phone call today saying it was delayed again. They’re saying August 7 now. Almost a month after it was supposed to be “delivered and installed.” Go somewhere else.

What an extremely frustrating experience with my in-store pick-up order at Lowe's. I placed my order on 09/04, accidentally choosing store pick-up instead of home delivery, but no big deal, and it was estimated to be ready by 09/21. On 09/09, the Fedex tracking showed my item had arrived at the store around noon.

I called later that day, expecting it to be ready, but was told it hadn't arrived yet. Customer service said they would forward my information to the fulfillment department, but days went by without any updates. When I called again, I was told again my package wasn't there, that they'd forward my information to the fulfillment team, and my order wouldn't be ready until 09/21, despite the Fedex tracking indicating it was already there.

On 09/21, I called in the morning and once again got the same story: they couldn't locate my item. I was advised to cancel my order and reorder it, which was frustrating since I had used gift cards and rewards money. So I called Lowes online to cancel it and was informed that the giftcard money wouldnt be automatically sent back to my original Lowes giftcard, they would mail me a new giftcard and I would receive it in 10-12 business days and my rewards money would be refunded in 24hrs - so I couldn't even reorder my item right away even if I wanted to. After hanging up, like clockwork, the store called to say they had finally found my item - apparently a label fell off the package.

Fortunately, after all that, I was able to go to the store and repurchase the item as an in-store purchase and use some in-store only giftcards I had. Shout out to Rebecca who actually helped me locate my item, navigate the repurchasing process, and sort out this fiasco. The customer service desk staff had given me nothing but the runaround the three times I called (i.e. telling me Fedex may have lost it or the item was at a Lowe's distribution center, etc.).

Overall, this experience was unacceptable and a huge waste of time. The fact that the tracking on my order showed that it was delivered, but not available for pick up days or even almost two weeks later doesn't raise a concern is beyond me. If I hadn’t been persistent, my item could have just sat in the store indefinitely. Kudos to Rebecca, but Lowe’s really needs to improve their pick-up process.

I went in to have a new blind cut to order. The girl who waited on me was very knowledgeable. They had just what I needed. In a matter of minutes my new blind was cut and wrapped. The price of $31.98 was a little high but it should last for many years to come. Perfect fit as seen in the photo. I did get the room darkening.

Your delivery drivers are all high on the job, going up into peoples home high as a kite, i know, because i used to work with them and they would brag about it.

there was only like 1 or 2 who actually weren't. If Skinny Bill is there, he was probably the only guy who actually took the job seriously.

manny terrence and tevin were the worst, all them were high on the job every single day. Adam would do acid and drive the box truck before he hurt his back and got moved to lumber.

I usually never write reviews but the lack of customer service we received from Isiah was very uncalled for. He took unprofessional to a whole different level. Customers be aware he will not help you on any questions you might have on what you’re purchasing. He is very rude to women and kids. I highly recommend not shopping here.

Oh I just want to give a shout out to your non experience so called mgr that you have representing your store . Isaiah you have no knowledge how to run such a big cooperation. To insult a young lady that she didn’t know what she was doing no ignorant man that’s why they hired you to care for there customers to respect them not to go off the handle yelling at a young lady. How would you like if someone insulted one of your family members. I will never step a foot in your store again. Go get a job where you don’t deal with the public because you suck at it.
