I called Lotus yesterday as a first time customer and they were able to fit me in on a cancellation, same day. My apt was with Lana and I was very happy with the services provided. I got highlights and a cut/clean up. I have a short pixie style cut with very thick hair, and lots of it! She did a great job and I left with exactly what I wanted. I will for sure return. The salon was cute, the staff were friendly, and the prices were fair.

They seem to have a thriving business doing women's hair styling. The also do a great men's haircut if you want a high class experience compared to a barber shop.

Terrible! Very Disappointed, after going there for a few years I had low lights added & well I left looking like a cheetah! I'm usually pretty easy going. Thought if I washed my hair enough it would fade, but no, noticeable dark blotches. I would even style it differently, but my husband & friends would comment & not in a good way, so I went in. Gabby & Rachel spent 15 minutes putting bleach directly on the problem spots & wiped it clean & said they would have to charge me to have the bleach shampooed out! I left again with still having the spots! (I guess I left it too long, so she had to charge me). I'm surprised she let me leave the salon looking like I did the 1st time let alone the 2nd time? The owner Savannah seems to never be around when I was there @ least? She usually would check Gabby's work. Their prices are reasonable, but not if the service isn't. I like Kevin Murphy products & Gabby would always talk me out of purchasing it & sell me lower end product that I end up giving away. I was so upset that I ended up not showing up for my next appointment, 2 weeks later. Which I never do!

Getting married this summer and thought I'd support a locally owned business (compared to Chatters or another chain), so called here to inquire about prices and if they do updos for events. Was so rudely told that they only do special events, such as for weddings, for their regular customers. Ouch! I guess they're doing alright and don't want some extra business or even a new customer... fine then, I'll look elsewhere and would suggest to others to do the same.
