While on vacation we broke down at Clinton. Called for a part. It was delivered within an hour. We were so grateful for the incredible service and kindness in a bad situation. Thank you to the staff. It's customer service like that that gains loyalty. It's more and more rare in this day and age and we are truly appreciative.

My car broke down outside of cache Creek, and 2 nights in a row had to phone in for parts right before closing time. I had the same gentleman both evenings, and the service was excellent! He was very professional and didn't seem bothered by us coming in just before closing and keeping them a few minutes late.

I was in the area visiting from Texas and got to the store just before 5:00 p.m. and they were already closed and wouldn't open the doors. I was in a rental that had a broken jack and I had just gotten a flat tire, and that's all I needed to buy. A business is only as good as the people that work there, and the two people working this day seemed the care more about getting off of work then helping someone out. The lady came out at 5:03 and I told her what had happened and she just Shrugged her shoulders. Terrible.

Because of one staff member whose name begins with S, I will avoid this particular Lordco. I was warned by several friends not to shop here because of him, but didn't believe the reviews.. I was wrong. He is impatient, abrasive, grumpy, and dismissive. He clearly sees customers as a nuisance and a waste of his time (what else is he there for?!). I felt like I was bothering him ordering a part. I was treated with distain. I was given the part in haste, and the invoice, without asking me if I had an account (another clerk had to re-do it). I was not valued as a customer at all.

Management needs to fire him. He is a poor steward of the Lordco name, being frontline with customers. Lordco is a good company. He is tarnishing the name and has likely turned off a lot of customers who don't return.

The parts person I talked to in the store was very helpful and nice. However the other parts person who was not dealing with a customer was quite rude to me and he continuously stared at me and watched closely anytime i put my hands in my pockets

Bought some small utility springs to finish a project, almost double the price of the lower mainland needed 14 pcs only 12 in Chilliwack and Abbotsford.
