I ordered a few products online and I am super impressed by the speed and method of delivery. It arrived in less than 2 days with Door Dash with a nice thank you note from the Ladner Store. Even more impressive than Amazon.
Well done LD in Ladner. And by the way the prices of those products were the cheapest among all stores in our area!

I have been shopping at the Ladner London Drugs for more than 30 years, and it is sad seeing the customer services have been deteriorating. Like the other negative comments here on the Pharmacy department, yes, my experience with my medications in the last couple of times were time-consuming. However, my experience today (not with the Pharmacy) was the worst, and I feel that I have to post it here, and hope that the Management and Staff will improve, and be aware of what Customer Services are. Today, I want to buy a pack of gel pens, some of them are on sale, but the price on the one that I want was not clear; I did try to figure it out myself but in vain. Then, I saw this young London Drugs guy on the next aisle, I asked if he could scan the price for me, he said he couldn't and told me to go to the customer service in the front; I went over there, there were at least 3 or 4 ladies working, after a bit of lining up, I walked over to the younger one (Magen) whom I didn't see a customer in front of her, I asked if she could just scan the price of the pack of gel pens for me, she told me with a blank face that she couldn't help me, and told me to find some one with a scanner (in a rude voice). How come it was sooooo difficult just to get the correct price of a product at this London Drugs?
In the end, a lady at the Beauty department scan the price for me ..... I want to buy pens but could only get the correct price from someone at the Beauty section, can you believe it

ELECTRONICS Department

A shout out to Richard from London Drugs Ladner who installed our new television. He was personable, organized, efficient and an excellent clear communicator.

He walked us through the new operating system and quickly helped us gain access to additional subscriptions like Amazon prime Netflix etc.

We have previously purchased electronics through dedicated electronics stores but were pleasantly surprised how London drugs Ladner’s electronics department, and especially Richard exceeded our expectations across the board.

I just want to give a shout-out to VISHAL in the electronics dept of the Ladner LD - he handled a phone call from me and when I came in to get his assistance with my phone, he found me the solution I needed super quick. My phone wasn't allowing the charger to enter the charging port so Vishal showed me the charging pads and found one that would work in my car! I thought I was in for a major headache but he gave me an immediate solution that had me back on the road within minutes. Thank you Vishal! ;o)

I like this London Drug for their electronic department and photo services. For my family it's also first place to go for hygienic and beauty products. However, their pharmacy is causing continuous disappointment and frustration. It took four out of five stars mark in my review.
About two years ago I started getting blood pressure pills, and I quickly realized that workload in the pharmacy is heavy. Although, it seems they have enough staffing, spending in the line 20-30 min was normal in the after-work hours, 5-6pm.
Then, I decided to use their phone service to refill prescriptions in advance through automatic system. It never worked out and this is the main reason why I write the review. The last drop of my patience I lost today after 10 (!!!) days since I tried to refill the Rx through the phone. Prescription had no refills and my GP had to renew the Rx. I completely understand that it takes time to contact physician for renewal. I was told to come next Monday which was long weekend. On Tue no notification was sent. I phoned Wed morning and meds weren't ready. I was assured they will be ready by 5pm. And... it did not happen again. At least this time I spent in line just 3-4 min to hear that pharmacist is busy and medication hasn't been dispensed.
Turned out to be the long story above, but it is just one example that my family and I have experienced with the pharmacy. It's hard to imagine what ageing population of Ladner is facing with this level of services. I'm sure for many like me living close by, it's the most convenient location; however, I am looking for another pharmacy with more organized workflow.

The last 3 times I went to pick up my prescription they said it wasn't there, they didn't get the prescription or can't find it because they don't understand my name. This is important meds I can't afford to miss. They don't seem to care. Twice they claim it's my doctor's fault even though they sent it in a week before. Also kind of rude and talk down to me.

Always know what to expect.. pharmacy is efficient and friendly. Often have great bargains.

I love London Drugs! Their prices might be a bit higher than other places but I go back for their service. Specifically, I’ve gone 3-4 times for cosmetics sections. The ladies there are so helpful. I’ve had 3 different people help me and every single one of them are very helpful. I go to Sephora and I hate walking in there because unless your a 20 year old there not willing to help you!
