My wife and I had been working with Lisa to find a place to call our home for almost a year ,looking at different townhome and condos listed . We came very close to a town home but nothing was standing out in our price range. When we found a private sale through friends , we wanted Lisa’s experience to help us get financing and make it all work. Having Lisa on our team was delightful experience for a nerve racking situation. Buying a house privately, has many hoops to jump through and timelines to meet . With a full time job and many extracurricular activities, I didn’t have time to handle all the paper work , meetings and phone calls . Lisa was proactive and on the ball when it came to all these steps. She had many resources which we used to meet the requirements of getting a mortgage and very personal approach when it came to our pros and cons of what we were getting for the price.
