Since Magdee took over the IDA pharmacy in Lillooet, B.C. I have had nothing, but great things to say about how I’ve been treated as a customer and as some with a very complex medical history. Since Magdee took over he has treated me with the utmost respect and has miraculously made my experience with his pharmacy a joy especially when dealing with my private insurance and N.I.H.B. concerning my coverage for all my medications as well as yearly reviews. I would highly recommend I.D.A. Pharmacy to anyone who needs and expects great service.

Magdey and everyone is kind, helpful and honest. We have had a couple hickups but Magdey adapted and adjusted to the situations and went out of his way to accomidate my needs. Ive had to use another pharmacy at the same time because IDA isnt open on weekends, but hes earned my loyalty and as long as he will put up with me, I will continue to seek their service with the meds I can. The IDA store Staff are great as well! Thanks IDA Team. I appreciate you peeps.

I was in the store a few times. I have bought paid for items many times. I also ordered and prescriptions fr here, today a low blow I was looking at items and the lady thought I stole or left without paying for it and chased me down outside the store it bothered me seems like I’d been watched a lot yes I’m struggling like everyone else and she also looked me up and down thinking I had the item in my hand it hurt Iam going to be looking for a new pharmacy again 🙁 Lytton has been going thru a lot to be judged for stealing isn’t our style we pay for stuff always…..

Lillooet ida is a pharmacy I highly recommend, they are compassionate caring and very understanding ,they make you feel welcome everyday, since magdey has ran the pharmacy there has never been a issue,very consistent, friendly ,and they just make you feel comfortable not like your wasting their time when you have a question...highly recommend, they all are wonderful people in that establishment
