I have always had a huge fear of dentist's. The word "dentist" would always conjure up images of Steve Martins "masochistic dentist"character from "Little Shop of Horrors" in my mind's eye. Than six month's ago I broke a chunk of my bottom back molar off.I walked around in daily pain for 6 months, trying every home remedy that I could find(garlic and salt pack worked the best) and using tube upon tube of Oral Gel to numb the pain (once garlic and salt pack no longer worked). Finally, my boyfriend became tired of listening to my complaints of pain and forced me to call our local dentist.
The minute I walked through the door on the day of my appointment I was made to feel completely at ease by all the wonderful staff at Lillooet Dental Clinic. Then came my time to walk to the examination room and I was shaking like a leaf, though I believe I hid it very well. I slid into the chair and waited for the doctor to arrive. The moment Dr. Warner walked in to the room she brought a kind of serenity with her. Dr. Warner was/is very soft spoken, very calm and above all else extremely kind and gentle person, she calmed my fears immediately. She explained everything that she would be doing in great detail and answered my bizillion questions. Whatever freezing technique she uses was amazing, she gently rubs the side of your face with her finger to distract you from the first initial needle poke; works like a charm. Dr.Warner stopped the second she sensed that I was uncomfortable, even before I knew I was uncomfortable lol The tooth extraction went off without a hitch. Her asstiant Janice Post was also very kind afterwards, even bringing me a juice box because I felt lightheaded. I left the dentist office with a whole new perspective on the profession that day. Thanks to Dr. Warner and her excellent team at Lillooet Dental Clinic I no longer have pictures of "masochistic dentist's" dancing in my head...and I am going back at the end of July for a filling!!! Five star treatment for sure ❤️❤️

I booked for a particular appointment that I thought was going to get done that day, ended up paying $40 for her to look in my mouth for 2 seconds and say she didn’t have time for the rest - NEVER going back.

Not a polite staff . They do not work with kids well and they are very forcefull . We do not recommend bringing your kids here !
