After dealing with another big accounting firm in Red Deer for 16 years we were very dissatisfied with their level of customer service and how we were being treated. We were then referred to Jared Pilon through our bookkeeper and couldn’t be happier! We did an initial meeting and both my husband and I really clicked with him. He was professional and straight to the point which is what we were looking for. Pre-Legacy was alot better than it is now. This year, I had the feeling I was largely ignored whenever I sent an email. I had a simple tax return this year and was invoiced an unruly amount for work that had been done the year prior. If the work was not properly done, then I paid for it twice. No luck having anyone explain the issue to me, I just had to pay the invoice or else my taxes would not be filed. I wont be going back.
