Had a fantastic wine tasting experience at Leaning Post. The Riesling and Cabernet Franc were standouts—elegant, well-balanced, and memorable. The charcuterie board was thoughtfully curated and paired beautifully with the wines. Loved the ambience, customer service, knowledge and care of the staff, tasteful decor, and serene vineyard setting. A must-visit for wine lovers looking for a refined yet welcoming atmosphere close to Toronto, Burlington and, Hamilton.

Really enjoyed stopping in at Leaning Post on my way home from Niagara. The employee was very friendly and knowledgeable. The patio at Leaning Post looks inviting. Can’t wait to sip a glass there sometime soon.

A friend was kind enough to gift me a bottle of your 2023 Rose.
I always thought that great rose comes from Provence France.
This is a world class wine that's better than a wine from Provence that I thought was good until now. This wine is superlative and I will be ordering a case very shortly.

Wine tasting is $25 and a lovely quaint place with seating in 2 sections and you can join their wine club too. Lauren was really nice and knew so much about the wines and everything else. She loves food and travel too so she can give you some insider info on where to go locally and around. The wines were fresh and full of flavor…I think $25 a bottle. Definitely a must try for tasting. BTW we had just enough time at the last hour to do this and even though we arrived at 4:45pm Lauren was gracious and kind anyway and gave us a great experience. The place closes at 5:00pm.

Once in a while an Amazing Chardonnay comes along from the bountiful Niagara Peninsula. My husband’s gracious clients showed their appreciation at his retirement with a bottle of ‘The Leaning Post’ winery’s Chardonnay 2021. Best we’ve ever enjoyed like no other Ontario white wine in the region! Clean finish, not acidic, lovely and easy to pair with anything. No residual effects. Highly recommend, It is my absolute favorite.
