I purchased a package of 20 leads from Leadbeets at a significant cost and unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. I put in the work — multiple calls, over a hundred emails, and more than 50 texts — yet I was only able to actually connect (meaning the lead answered a call or responded to a message) with about 15% of the leads.

Of that small percentage, only two even let me look up travel for them — and both ended up wasting my time by booking directly with the suppliers instead of through me. Most of the so-called leads were just fishing for cruise prices with no real intention of using a travel advisor. Several people even told me outright they only filled out an online form for “more information” and didn’t want to be contacted at all.

I voiced my concerns to Leadbeets multiple times, but each time the only answer was “keep following up.” I can say without hesitation that the problem is not with the follow-up — it’s with the quality of the leads themselves.

In my opinion, these were not bona fide leads. If you’re considering Leadbeets, save yourself the time, money, and frustration. I would not recommend this service to other travel advisors.

I would just like to take a moment to speak about the Leadbeet leads I've purchased and how great of an opportunity it's been in helping to grow my business even more. Nigel goes above and beyond to make sure the leads are amazing which I have to admit are the best leads I've ever received. I have purchased 3 batches of leads already. From my first batch of leads I have booked 5 honeymoons and 1 destination wedding making that a 24% closing rate which is extremely good for leads. So far from my second batch I've booked 2 honeymoons but have been going back and forth with quotes from quite a few others. So far I'm at a 25% closing rate combined. Bear in mind that you need to put forth the effort and continually follow up with any leads you receive. Throughout the years in which I have purchased leads these leads from Leadbeet are exceptional and I will continue to purchase leads from Nigel and the Leadbeet team for the unforeseeable future.

Don't do business with this company. First the leads are a scam, I paid $250 for a batch of 10 leads and people didn't even know why we were hitting them up. But I paid Nigel and his team a deposit of $1,326 for a website design--thankfully we didn't pay in full because we wanted to see just a mock up of how a site would look for travel and we never got it. I asked for my money back repeatedly and he never anything. He kept saying send him everything but that was hard to do when we didn't know what we actually wanted. Then he said he can turn the money into leads. I said no thanks. He has deleted the invoice--but we have record. Being in Canada, we had to contact a Canadian lawyer to see what our right's were. We are potentially looking at a lawsuit--and while we're told we have a strong case, the legal fees are expensive so we're weighing our options to see if a lawsuit should happen or should we just take the loss. I hate that we were vulnerable. I'm 100% sure the reviews you're reading are fake. What could have been a great relationship with what we thought was a reputable company, turned into a nightmare very quickly. You've been warned.

Nigel has been incredible to work with. He is always available to help me when I need it. The leads are good leads but you do need to work them quickly and efficiently. Follow up is the key. If you do this, YOU WILL CLOSE.
