I always like the smaller stores outside the bigger cities. They are much friendlier and look like they enjoy the job, rather than look like they forced into work.

Once I found the correct address last summer I updated it on Google maps so others not familiar with the area "like me last year" wouldnt end up in a farmers field looking for beer. 🙂

This LCBO offers a wide selection of beverages; however, accessing the store can be a challenge due to its horrible parking situation and lousy wheelchair access. The parking area is limited and poorly designed, making it difficult to find a spot, especially during busier hours. Additionally, the lack of proper wheelchair access further hampers the shopping experience for those with mobility challenges. Despite the variety of products available, the inconvenience caused by the parking and access issues might deter some customers from visiting this store.

SEPT 2022 update:
I usually have a great experience here, but today apparently I was a huge inconvenience to the lady at the til (at 2:30pm on Sept 22). She showed ZERO customer service and seemed very ticked off that I came through the til to buy something. If this hadn't been the only place to buy this product I would have walked out. I understand that everyone has bad days, but if you choose to be in a customer service position you'd better be prepared to treat your customers with some respect. Just terrible.

Great selection, good layout, friendly staff and the store is always clean!

Small location needs a better variety of products however customer service is a 10 out of 10. Very pleasant and helpful staff always greeted on entry with a smile and quick efficient cash out. Overall I recommend the LCBO in Fenelon Falls and appreciate their extended hours so I don't have to drive to the Lindsay LCBO.

Good supply of stock for a smaller town. One thing I became aware of an LCBO employee is that for certain types of beer (in this case Steamwhistle) sold in the store 12 packs are sold as such and cannot be sold as a case of 24 if you purchase two 12 pack.
