Nails are great. Going strong at 1.5weeks with sun & sand, ocean & pool! Love the design we came up with, I’ve had so many compliments. Tips and manicure of an amazing take on French. Toes are cats eye polish ❤️

The salon is very clean, and the people working there are very nice. However I went for a lash lift and my lashes were not curled at all, upset I went to the receptionist and she said to come back the next week and they will fix it. I came back, showed a reference picture for how I wanted my lashes to be and how they have looked after a lash lift. And the lashes somehow are less lifted then they were the first time. She then proceeded to tell me she did an L curl when i specifically stated i wanted a c curl and the lashes to actually be lifted and curled. The first two pictures are what i showed her, and the one with my fingers in it are the results. The salon itself was nice and so was the tech, however paying $100 to not have results and going twice is disappointing.

I have been to the lash and nail room 3 times. The service and standard is exceptional. The salon is always clean, tidy, and scent free.

I have been getting a gel fill and designed at each of my visits. The services are expensive, but they are transparent with their pricing. My manicure easily last 4 weeks with very little wear and tear. I never feel rushed and always leave with incredible nails.

Savhanna has been doing my nails for years and I’m thrilled she’s joined this salon.

I've had lash lift and tint done with Victoria and couldn't be happier. It wasn't my first time doing it but it was first time with Victoria. She did an amazing job! All my previous times with other technicians(not from lash n nail room) ended up lacking, whether it was burning my eyes too much or the curl wasn't a curl but more of a bend. Victoria on the other hand knew what she was doing. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and an absolutely pleasure! Highly recommend her to anyone who wants top notch service! Very happy to stumble upon this salon being back in Barrie, today I had my second appointment with Margo. They do the most perfect manicure, the nail prep and structure gel application is flawless. Would recommend anyone to come here and get their nails done.

I expressed that I was unhappy with the service, as the result did not match the photo I had shown — the same one I had previously shared with your team. Despite calmly pointing this out, the receptionist repeatedly insisted that I was wrong, even attributing to me technical terms I had never used. I simply requested the same procedure as last time and showed her the previous photo, nothing more.

I asked to have the procedure removed because I was feeling very uncomfortable and my eyes looked droopy, but she told me I’d have to wait another 35 minutes. I explained that I couldn’t wait that long, as I had traveled from another city, yet she still charged me the full amount — including fees.

Now I’ll have to pay again to have it corrected elsewhere. The design was not the same, and there was even a visible gap in one corner. I won’t be returning, and I intend to share my experience publicly, as I believe it’s important to discuss how businesses handle situations when things don’t go as expected.

Good customer service isn’t just about when everything goes right — it’s about how you respond when something goes wrong, and whether you genuinely care.

The photo I've shown was taken in front of the establishment the last time you did my eyelashes and eyebrows. How difficult is it to maintain quality and simply perform the same service?

Anyone who wants to go can go, but don't complain about anything.

I have been going to Lash n Nail room for years now for nails and eyelashes. I will never go anywhere else again. The quality, cleanliness and service is above and beyond anywhere else I have ever been. Lina at the front desk is the best. She’s friendly, professional and always there to assist with anything you need. For nails, Sofia is my go to and she’s amazing. She is very creative and a true nail artist. I highly recommend going to see her for your nails, you will never go anywhere else again either. - Kerry Harrison
