We first met Larry a few years ago when looking around the Peachland area. We simply stopped at the office and Larry was very friendly and extremely informative about the Real Estate market in the surrounding area. We are from Ontario and where inquiring about purchasing one day. Well, one day came, but, we ended up wanting to purchase a building lot in Vernon. I called Larry to help us out and represent us for the purchase. He never hesitated and was extremely helpful to secure the deal. Even though we had never spoken that often, when we did, it was like time never passed and he always had time for us. What impresses me most is he never pressured us, simply addressed our questions and helpful in gauging the current market.
