Yesterday I went to the Koodo Kiosk at the Halifax Shopping Cente as there was a problem between the system and my phone. Manik was super-helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He solved the problem - and it wasn't exactly easy, either. But he was patient and pleasant throughout. Five-stars! - Evelyn Napier

Went overthere to recharge my husband’s sim card. Then omid seems so confused to explain the plan to us. When we tried to ask him again. He was hanging outside of the booth. And also, he was giving weird expression with his hands and eyes.

Had a fantastic experience, thanks to Omid! However, construction noise nearby was a bit disruptive, the loud noises from the construction site made it difficult to communicate. They were still helpful and professional despite the distraction, Kudos to Koodo. Highly recommend the service, just be prepared for some noise if the construction is still ongoing. Looking forward to quieter visits in the future!

Staff at this location made me pay for to replace my sim card even though the sun card was defective, confirmed by them. I have never heard of having to pay for a new SIM card when one is defective; the guy I was dealing with was rude and didn't seem to care outside of charging me

My experience here was just amazing. The service was awesome particularly with Ibrahim. I had a plan with Bell where I was being more than overcharged. I spoke to Ibrahim who managed to get me a plan with much more data and managed to also save me 25 bucks a month. Would highly recommend him for anyone who goes there.
