I had a Brand Assessment done by the ladies at Knap Creative and it completely blew my mind at how comprehensive this Assessment was. A Brand Assessment was like a report card for my website, google listing, and Instagram. Not only did they give me notes, there was also a detailed video going over EVERYTHING-wording, placement, spelling, and clicking on every link to make sure everything was up to date and working well. I pretty much DIY’d my whole brand-it was nice to have a fresh pair of eyes going over everything and in a friendly, helpful way. They encouraged me to improve where I had missed, and why it would be beneficial if I changed up a few items.
