I reached out to them about my new food business because on the website, they claimed that they are specialized in food brand marketing. And then the CEO replied to me saying that they 'have not worked in that market' and then canceled the meeting scheduled.

In a 'free audit' they provided, the CEO further said that our site was not setup properly for SEO while our site is literally ranked on the 1st SERP of Google by the very keyword of our product. At the end of the response, the CEO told me that we are in a 'highly competitive market' and suggested me to go to Fiverr or find an Indian marketer to get things started.

Very funny, as I am a veteran e-com owner who has spent millions of dollars marketing, I reached out to them because I have not worked in the food brand sector before. And I certainly did not expect such unprofessional and condescending response from a company's CEO.
