Head office barely returns calls or emails and does not take grievances seriously.

Center Director lacks in communication and lacks ability to have rights to clients personal banking information. Centres Director also will not inform parents when incidents occur and no incident reports are written up until a parent raises concern. When a grievance is brought forward about treatment towards children or banking concerns it is not taken serious and no follow up occurs.

There is a handful of amazing staff here and I will not take away from them, but there was just too many incidents on so many levels that I removed my children from this Center.

Be diligent and aware.

Called number provided under my review to Renee, left my name and number and still have yet to hear back. It has been over three weeks now and have not got a return call.

We put our 2 year old into daycare for the first time so my wife could return to work, and we couldn't be happier with the care she is receiving. Amazing staff, fun activities, great food, and the best part is our little girl absolutely loves going! It is the best feeling being able to head to work and know she is happy and well taken care of with people we trust. Highly recommend!
