Nice two nights stay. Room was clean and everything worked. Check in and out was good. The room (205) was quiet, not much of a view. We were not advised of a seniors discount at check in but was given a room discount at checkout. Also no breakfast was offered and was not advised of a coupon offer for another restaurant breakfast. |Pros: friendly staff, clean and quiet room, complimentary water|Cons: poor wifi connection, no breakfast was offered just a sad looking beagle and fruit option. ||We would stay here again based on some other options in Burns Lake

Had to stay here for work. Had to share a room which consisted of 1 bed, 1 pull out couch.Couch was not comfortable for sleep (adult). Couch didn't have bedding, and bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. sheet and a thin blanket. Garbage under/in the pull out couch. Requested another blanket and a shower curtain in the morning, came back 10 hours later and did not receive either. Requested again and was given both, although for the price of the room, I don't think I should be the one installing the shower curtain....
Tv channel card does not jive with TV, and picture quality is poor.
There is a "grab and go" breakfast consisting of individual cereal boxes, coffee (poor)medium and dark roast, an assortment of teas, some bagels, a toaster, packets of jam, peanut butter, cream cheese, muffins. Hot chocolate (didn't work) and French vanilla or coffee crisp drinks.
Bathroom was large, and clean.
Now for the really bad. I woke up on my 2nd morning and discovered a number of bites on the back of my hand, and some on my neck. I tore apart the couch and searched for bedbugs, but couldn't find anything concrete. Although I'm relying on internet pics to find them. I fully understand that these pests can be found in any hotel/motel regardless of price point, and I discreetly discussed the problem with the front desk. All I received was "I'll speak to my manager about it ". Due to being fully booked i couldn't change rooms, and you would think they would have some product on hand to deal with this, even temporarily. I have 3 more days and I'm dreading it....
*update*- today (day 3), they put something in my room to attract any bugs that may be hiding and it will kill them. Unfortunately it's supposed to take a day to begin attracting them.

We rolled into Burns Lake shortly after 10 PM and it turns out literally every other establishment other than the Key-oh Lodge closes their offices at 10 (or earlier!). We were very grateful to get a room here. It's quite pricey ($170 after taxes for the cheapest room), but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed the free breakfast as well!

The bathroom had no evidence of being cleaned. There was hair on the floor and in the shower. When I wiped the floor, dirty colour came onto the Kleenex. No soap in tray…and feces caked on inside toilet bowl.
Also no evidence that the rug had been vacuumed. I would not recommend this place. It felt creepy.

One of the best wheelchair accessible hotels I’ve been to between Prince George and prince Rupert. Newer rooms available with roll in showers big enough for commodes, zero clearance doorways, room enough to for manual or power wheelchair next to bed and still room for a desk and space on other side of bed, ramps in and out of building. Wheelchair parking spots out front, friendly staff, clean and a nice complimentary breakfast.

We have been on a 14,000 km journey through Canada for my wifes 50th bday. This nice place won't even come to the room to help set the TV up. My only request. Is to watch some tube after 12hrs driving everyday. The bed can be nice. The bathroom somewhat clean all they want but to sit and stare at 3 channels of news from supper time on is no way to appreciate your customers at close to $200 a night. Very disappointed. And to be all but blown off when we ask for some help. Good failure here

Beautiful hotel. Terrible beds. Woke up with EXTREAME neck and back pain.
They are bouncy aswell and when you try to shift or roll over, not only do you disturb your partner, but you almost bounce right out of the bed.
Lumpy pillows...All of them.
They provide a communial BBQ, however it is filthy and has no brush.
