Mandy is the absolute best! I’ve been getting my lashes done at Kaybee since moving to the area and they always look amazing. She is meticulous in her work and is such a bubbly, warm person.

When I was considering having microblading done, I knew that Mandy was the only person I’d trust to do my brows - and they turned out fantastic! Mandy expertly mapped out the shape and colour that would best suit my face and explained everything thoroughly so I knew what would happen at each step of the process.

I went to Kaybee Studios for my first time. Due to my skin being older and more fragile, Mandy took such great care threading and plucking my brows until they were absolutely perfect! I didn’t have any of the redness and swelling that I often do! I also had my brows tinted and my eyelashes lifted and tinted. My brows and lashes are white so imagine the difference! Mandy was so caring, describing everything she was doing each step of the way. She continually checked in on me to make sure I wasn’t uncomfortable at any point. She also has such a caring and welcoming demeanour so I never felt I was out of place. I’ve already made an appointment for next month for my brows (lashes last longer) and I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful place so close to home. WOW! I can't recommend Mandy enough for her incredible work on my ombre brows! From the moment I walked in, my fear of uncertainty and lack of control was gone. She really made me feel so comfortable and listened carefully to my preferences. She always checked in with me and asked me if there are any changes I would like to make and even said to me "what's important is that you love the shape and its what YOU want that matters." And I really loved that she did that. She checked in with me before she started tattooing and even throughout and ensured I did not feel any pain and re-administered numbing gel throughout the entire process. What stands out the most is her passion and love for what she does! Her attention to detail is unmatched. Seriously. Her precision and eye for detail in my brows are truly impressive! I love my brows, they look perfectly blended and natural— it's exactly what I was hoping for! Mandy is not only skilled but she's also genuinely passionate about her work. She's not just a beauty tech, she's legit an artist that treated my face like a canvas.This is exactly how I felt when she was doing my brows and the patience and detail to them was so appreciative. Absolutely amazing service, personalized approach, patience, kindness. I can go on and on. The very first service I had was permanent eyebrow make up. Best decision ever! I now have a polished look at any time. What a difference it made for me! I also had my lashes done many times. They last for a long time and look very natural! Me and my friends went here to get piercings done and Mandy was awesome. A very clean and professional place, she ensured we knew what was happening at all stages of the process and showed me the expiry dates on all sterile equipment she opened. I went to Kaybee Thursday July 25th because her sign out front of her store always caught my attention. I’ve never really treated myself to anything so on the same day walk in she was able to quickly accommodate me for tooth gems. For Saturday (today) we did microblading, eyelashes and teeth whitening.
My experience with Mandy was nothing short of professional. She made me feel extremely comfortable, accommodated all requests and explained each and every process and every step she was doing. She was very clean and made sure to tidy and sanitize between procedures. I left leaving so excited and happy to have met someone like her.

I ended up at Kaybee Studio because my lash lady in Collingwood quit… and I’m so glad she did! Mandy’s work is clean and very well done. She took over two hours to do a classic set on me, which goes to show how much she cares about her client’s lashes (I always question a 45 min full set)! She’s also a ray of sunshine and the appt flew by. I hope her business takes off, but not enough that I can’t get a spot!
