We had the deadly 'engine light' blinking issue with our car on the big hill out of Spuzzum and it was late as we limped the car into CC...Kal took us in right away the next morning and plugged the computer into the car and gave us a couple 'error' codes that could be the problem. They couldn't fit us in for several days as they were booked solid and we were trying to get home to Terrace but they did alleviate so of the stress we had around driving the car to PG to the Kia Dealer there. Thank you so much for taking us in somfast some could get back on the road home, much appreciated...

We came in for an alignment but after a couple of techs looked at our van and came up with a different solution. So pleased with the service I received. Problem was solved for less than we expected. Really friendly folks who seem really interested in getting it right.

I went to get my flat tire repaired. They told me that the tire was not repairable and tried to offer me to change the 2 wheels.
I refused. They tried to return me just the rim without the tire. I went to the shop next door and they managed to repair the wheel in 15 minutes and only asked me $30 compared to Kal Tire's $40 for the repair. Absolutely not recommended... this big company tried to take advantage of me perhaps because I am young and foreign... Why change when it can be easily repaired? This way of doing things is ruin for this planet.

Was traveling through on my many journeys from Kelowna to Williams Lake and had low air pressure on 2 tires. They checked it and fit me in, no problem. Really appreciate the time they took to make sure I could continue my travels.

Literally the best guys around! They truly go above and beyond like whoa! My check engine light came on outside of Cache Creek and I limped my car into the Kal Tire to get a code read. They read the code for me right away and started looking for the part I needed. The only place with the part was the dealership an hour away. The assistant manager drove there just before they closed to pick up the part. He also moved around schedules to get my car in the following morning instead of waiting a week since I was travelling through town. The job was done in less than the labour time suggested. These guys are so great! They even suggested a safe motel I could stay at. They made a scary experience not so bad. I would have hugged them all if it wasn't weird. Can the company give their location some sort of awesome award?
