The worst customer service is that it is services based on lying. I don't know whether it is the company's policy to lie to customers in order to get their money or it's an individual act from the employee. When the Internet outage occurred on 08/07/2022, I contacted IVC's customer services the next day to see how long it would take to revive the service. Although the answering machine confirmed the Internet issue, it was an attempt to find out how long it might take to fix the problem. Mr. Surengra agent number 7501replied, ensuring there was no defect in the Internet service, and said explicitly, "I don't see any reason why the Internet is not working, but I have to pay to get the service." Then I asked him how sure he was that there was no issue with the Internet since there was an outage across Canada, and again he confirmed that the system was in front of him and saw no issue. Upon completion of the payment currency, notify me that the router will be turned on after 15 minutes to activate the service, but this is just a lie as the service has not returned. After more than 15 minutes, I called the company and responded to the same employee, but he said that the flaw was from Rogers and didn't know about it. To verify this information, please listen to the call registration dated 09/07/2022 at 11:36 & 11:36 am. The company should educate employees about the ethics of the profession and work and not tolerate lying, especially in taking clients' money for services.

Nice staff, washroom available, load quickly and the docks of this company are on avenue Blaise-pascal. Two docks and you can backup easily from driver side.

They make incredible display units and graphics for cosmetic displays and grocery stores.. Amazing customer service and an even better communications department. They will bend over backwards to fulfill your order.
