Best art instructor ever! I have taken acrylics and watercolour. I highly recommend taking the “Plein Air Painting” class when Penny offers it in the warmer months. It was a great experience and improved my confidence in my abilities. If not for the patience and positive encouragement I have received from Penny I would still be sitting at home wondering if I could really take brush to paper and experience the pure joy of painting.
