I have had several excellent deals! However, one of them, unfortunately, ended with the business owner closing, leaving me with an expired deal (value ~$100). My attempts to contact the owner were unsuccessful. An email to Justin (the IDD Ninja) resulted in the business owner contacting me directly and issuing a refund. Very pleased with the quick response and positive results obtained! Thank you IDD!

Wouldn't have been able to afford most of our anniversary trips without them! Just remember to call the resort/hotel ahead of time if you have a specific date for your stay. Customer service can be slow because they don't work over the weekends or stats, but they've always gotten back to me and fixed the issue. Great little company 👍
