I’ve been going here for 4 years for facial and brow threading and brow tinting. The staff are amazing. Cayly and more recently Alyssa are great at what they do and lovely people as well. Pricing is reasonable.

This is the best beauty salon in Penticton. I've tried a few, and the ladies here are phenomenal. I get my eyebrows threaded regularly, and recently got a full set of hybrid lashes done by Alyssa and she was amazing! Will definitely be a regular customer for the foreseeable future !!

I got my lashes done here as a first timer and they were amazing! Very thorough and thoughtful. They made sure I knew what to do after leaving the building!! Everyone there is a fantastic human being from what I’ve seen and it’s a comfortable, clean environment. I highly recommend seeing grace if you want some therapy whilst getting quality lashes done! ❤️

I can’t say how frustrated and disappointed I am with this place. It was a massive waste of time and money coming here. I had lashes for years that stayed on up to 4 weeks. I recently moved to Penticton and was in search of a good lash technician and paid $140 plus tip for a new set from here that completely fell out in a day or two. What’s worse is I sent two emails letting them know what had happened and got zero reply. The picture is of my desk at home I looked down after a meeting and saw this. I know how to care for lashes because I’ve had them for years so this was not on me, they should not fall out this easily.

Cayly and Grace were absolutely amazing!! Everyone was very kind and walked me through everything as it was my first time here and getting my services done. I got a brow shaping and a lash lift, I’m super happy with how everything turned out!
