I have been involved in many surveys and a few focus groups through Insightrix using their software. I find the software easy to use and navigate. My computer skills are not always the best but I was always able to work through the surveys and participate in focus group activities. For the focus groups a variety of discussion platforms were used including short surveys, group discussions and diary postings. If I ever experienced any issues completing activities I was able to contact a support person from the office either by phone or email. I appreciated their quick response time as I often had an answer or something fixed within a few minutes to an hour at most. The staff were always friendly and very helpful. They could talk me through whatever issue I was experiencing or make a quick fix on their end if needed. Such a wonderful company to interact with, I strongly recommend them!

I’ve had several correspondence with Insightrix Communities over the past year, mostly via email - all of the interactions I’ve had have been so friendly and efficient. Their software is very user friendly (and I’m not great with computers!)...they are readily available if you have any questions. I’ve been very impressed with every interaction I’ve had so far.

The survey software is intuitive and easy-to-use with a number of user-friendly features to allow data collection in a number of ways, such as rankings, slider scales, and open input. I would happily work within the survey software again as an end-user.
