I had a tattoo done here in the late fall last year. I originally loved the tattoo work but saw there was some touch ups needed to flowers and lines being too thin. I attempted to message multiple times to schedule in a time to go in and have it done. I felt like I was attempting to track them down and not given very much correspondence or communication at all. Even though they can post regularly about available times on social media.

I found I was quite patience on the date of my tattoo being completed, having two piercings completed before even starting my booked time and I remained pleasant. I was understanding as it was a little girl getting her ears pierced but a walk in came in for a nose piercing and I was even very patient and accommodating for that. It is a shame the tattoo could not just be fixed into something I loved and felt as if it was perfect, as it meant alot to me. I will be going elsewhere at this point inside of trying to message yet again to determine a time and date.

Got a half compass tattoo on my right thigh. Got a little hot at the start so they hooked me up with a nice cool breeze from a fan. Line work is on point and she works really fast, especially considering her attention to detail. Price was average but considering skill, was worth every penny

Melissa is always a pleasure doing business with, very professional and welcoming environment. Melissa goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable while she is tattooing you. She has done a few of my tattoos personally and I highly recommend going to her. ♡

Tattoo by bou was an absolute nightmare!! I have no words for how awful of a job he did. For Mother’s Day my children drew hearts and I asked for him to draw them exactly how my children did. He did not copy the hearts and he messed up on the colour that I chose and reviewed with him multiple times. My tattoo was complete garbage!! Absolutely horrible! Do not go to him! Luckily I went elsewhere and had an amazing artist cover it up.

The talent in this shop is beyond anything you've seen! Friendly, clean, experienced, creative and just in general, amazing!
Currently, having my arm sleeve redone and added to. Words cant even express how happy ive been to see my arm piece come alive properly!

If i could give zero stars i would. The way they have handled constructive critisim is super unprofessional.
My comment which was removed is and was as follows....
"Don't work fo this place. They have had numerous tattoo artist quit/leave. They have also treated their employees with a lack of empathy, compassion and have had no disregard when their employees cannot afford the changes made not to mention they changed contracts with very little to no notice on all remaining employees they had left. Although i hope this buisness eventually prospers, it would be wise to stay clear of any or upcoming buisness "opprotunities" from/at this shop.
