We were given a Vegas package from Nissan Nanaimo after my car purchase. We have been calling since September to arrange our trip and no one bas returned our calls! Our certificate expires in March. Very disappointed.

We received a free voucher to Las Vegas for buying car, me and my husband decided to choose the 7 night Cancun option instead from Edmonton, the Hotel was ok, and the customer service was good, we would definitely go back next year...5 star

We got a new snowmobile in September and the store gave us this travel package which we used in December to Vegas, we went for 4 nights instead of 2 , we stayed at the Luxor which was close to everything, went to a show and played some golf and went to a couple of good restaurants, good customer service, but I had to call in a few times before someone got back to me,  4 star.

If you are an individual or business owner looking at this to offer your customers stay away. Very Shady business. They would not honor my voucher, would not answer phone calls or respond to emails. Then they finally emailed and actually told me to book my trip and they would reimburse me lol. You can’t answer an email but think I would actually spend money hoping I would get a check in the mail? I feel bad for the company that gave this to me as they have been taken advantage of. If you read this and purchase packages you were warned so don’t be surprised. Absolute scam.

My friends and I had one of the best vacations ever in Tokyo 🇯🇵 thanks to Joe Soehn at Nissan of Nanaimo! The journey itself was unbeatable and we reached our destination feeling fresh and energized.

Tokyo is an incredible city, full of energy, culture, art, and gourmet delights that we were able to experience in full. We returned home happy and refreshed, with unforgettable memories. Still can’t believe we won a trip for selling our used car! 🚙

I’d love to book my trip I was given, however this company rarely answers the phone. They do not call you back after leaving a message. They also don’t respond to emails. The time I got ahold of someone they informed me they lost my file so now I can’t book the trip during the time period I am available because of this. Super disappointed!
