Incredible place. Amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and inviting staff. Made me feel very comfortable & ease a lot of anxiety. Definitely the best place to go to and will 100% be returning. I got a cheekbone dermal done and am very satisfied with it. The piercing process was incredible, much better than expected. The aftercare explanation was very thorough, as well as provided in a care basket so I did not have to memorize it.
Not a bad thing to say, love this place, very happy with my experience here.

Amazing experience! Alex and Derek are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I was very nervous going in for some piercings and they immediately put me at ease. Posting on behalf of my mom. I attended identity today with my daughter for a tattoo removal and my daughter was talking to me about getting my nose pierced. I was anxious but always wanted to do it. After speaking with Derek who totally calmed me to moving me onto Alex who was going my piercing and calmed me down even more, to help me achieve an experience that I will never forget. Have had nothing but amazing experiences when it comes to piercing related things here. A while back my dermal anchors were removed quick and painlessly, fully educated me on it previous to it. I just finished a consult today with Alex, who walked me through questions regarding some of my piercings and pregnancy, was so professional, put me at such ease, and was super informed. Their jewelry selection is also amazing and seems like highly customizable! Will always reccomend.

I just got my eyebrow done there, they have amazing staff! Talked to Derek about aftercare and he walked me through everything I needed to know about that piercing. Alex was the one who pierced me and he did phenomenal! He was so quick and so patient with me, walked me through everything and made sure I was okay throughout the whole process. And not to mention the friendly and welcoming environment! Great staff, keep it up!

Loved their piercing styles and got an appointment the next day for my boyfriend and me! The staff was super welcoming and reassured us about not having anything in our old piercings for 10+ years. They guided us through their pretty, handcrafted jewelry and handled everything professionally—waivers, IDs, and all. I thought we’d need to pay for new ear and nose piercings, but they let us know we only had to re-pierce our ears, saving us money! The pain was a quick 3/10, but the experience was a solid 10/10. Can’t wait to go back for more!
