I find this very difficult to give this review. As it's a small company and it came highly recommended. All I needed was a zipper head as my other ones deteriorated. In the first picture is the one that she had installed. And charged me $15 just for the zipper head and for the end so the zipper would not come undone and it is made of steel. I find it extremely expensive her recommendation was go to fabricville and just buy a zipper and use the head. In the second picture this is the one that I had bought on Amazon. This is the kit I received and they are made of steel for $18 plus tax. I received three different sizes in black and silver, plus the tool. I will definitely not be using this company again or recommending it. We're just so sad.

I’ve used this business a couple of times to have zippers repaired. I felt the $15 price to be quite reasonable. It was done while I waited. I understand that this business has overhead, rent, insurance, taxes and they are also trying to earn a living. The $15 was not the cost of the zipper part but for a great service provided.

I went to ideal atelier couture to get my bridesmaid dress altered and they were super friendly, accommodating and very helpful!! I needed it done for the wedding and it required an extension, which only gave them a couple weeks and they got it done in less than 5 days and it beautifully done. Will definitely be going again 🙂

Excellent first experience at Ideal Atelier. I called to see if she could do a same day fix on a rip on a jacket before I left for a trip. She squeezed me in and fixed the jacket while I waited. Great price, super service. Would highly recommend.

This was my first time going to this shop, but I received a friendly greeting when I entered, I had 2 Joseph Ribkoff pieces to be altered, I was specific and requested that the new seams match the rest of the seams on the pieces, as I had been disappointed with previous shops in the past. The try on and pin process was very quick, both items were ready when they said they would be, and the work is impeccable. I’m very pleased, and would use their services again, highly recommend them.

Took in a jacket a year ago to get a zipper replaced. The work was fine but the zipper is horrible, they replaced with one that has a zip up and down option. Husband hates it.
And today my fiancé brought them my winter jacket that needed fixed they put a temporary fixed on and insulted me. They said we needed to take it back and wash it first! I had washed it before I took it in! It's a white jacket that I've had for years! I was not pleased!

My husband noticed there was a hole in his pants a few days before our wedding day and the lady who helped us took the pants right away and fixed it in a few mins! Very grateful for this!
