Excellent service and beautiful updates to the rooms. Remember to ask for extra pillows and blankets at the lobby if you are planning to use the pull out sofa. The breakfast is slightly different each day (pancakes Saturday and biscuits on Sunday), but still delicious. Loved the coffee and toasted bagels with strawberry cream cheese.

Mayra was great!|She helped me so much and had excellent customer service. I appreciate how helpful and understanding she was each time I saw here. 10/10|My rooms were very disappointing. The 1st room I was given had piles of dust and dirt in the window sills and a huge patched up hole under the TV. It seemed like the room (301) was under construction. Dirty floor. Dusty.|2nd room was a handicap room which was fine but there was graffiti on the bathroom door. Lights were very bright and the window blinds didn't work.|3rd room, the blinds opened a few feet and would then get stuck. The room smelled of stinky water. Shower leaked onto the floor. And, the toilet was very loud to flush and when closing the lid.|All three rooms had white spots like paint on the floor and door and walls. Dusty. And the towels were hung in a way were it was tough to say if they had been used yet.|There was also one elevator and it was way slow. |But, Mayra was very helpful!

Mayra made the experience wonderful! She was amazing at check in, during breakfast and check out! She made our experience wonderful! The room was comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was delicious and we have a great time!

My room was clean, cozy, only spotted about two ants there. Stayed for 5 days, cleaning ladies kept taking the hand soap and I left a note to leave it so they left me two soaps which was nice. Gym was small, had treadmills and a few weights. Breakfast was good and large amount of options

Proffetional, very well trained and supportive staff. Clean and convenient. I will come back and am confident I will never regret. This is the hotel I recommend for everyone. I am satisfied with everything. Thank you so much for doing this.

The hotel staff did really good on providing two basketball teams with good service. We appreciate everything that was done on our stay here. They provided the conference and kept everything cleaned for our teams. Rooms were way enough space for us.

I want to say first off that the staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful and always had pleasant looks on their faces.
The hotel is being remodeled so that could have attributed to some of the disorganization. Our room had been remodeled but looked like it had not been cleaned. The hallway carpets were dirty and never were vacuumed the 4 days we were there.
The pool was closed a good share of the time we were there. Which was a big negative for us because we were in the city for medical issues and were planning on spending most of our time at the pool to keep the children entertained between hospital visits.
They do offer a medical rate which is nice.
The hotel is in a nice quiet location. No interstate noise to keep you awake at night.

Overall the cons out weigh the pros... we will not stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The rooms are simple, spacious, and always clean. I arrived late, but the staff at the front desk were still smiling. Next door, there is a cool dog park, food truck, and bar. The hotel is in a great location next to Papasitos, so that's a bonus in my book.
