My school purchased the Poly Perfect Pleaser playset to be used on our playground. We added the ramp and the poly roof on the Tower. I placed the order in mid-March, thinking that we might have to wait for a while. I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered and installed in less than 3 weeks. The Hershberger Lawn Structures install team were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up before they left. My photo shows the completed set and the wonderful gentlemen, who installed it for us. The students love it, and we know that many will enjoy it in the years to come. So glad that we chose Play Mor!

We are not happy, we were told our swing set was garrenteed for 20 years. Our swing set rotted in less than 8 years and my grandson was on the set when it busted. For the price it should have lasted alot longer. I need to talk to the owner of this company ASAP.

We purchased our play set just over 2yrs ago and couldn’t be happier. All three of our lovely ladies highly recommend this swing set. They still enjoy it with their friends at ages 9,11 & 13. A major reason we purchased this set was for it’s durability & capability for use by older kids.

Our daughter loves her new swing set. Play Mor (Hershberger Lawn Structures) provided us with an excellent quality product and great installation service. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality swing set for their child(ren).

We leased a swing set from them and still had another year to pay on it when we were approved for our dream home about 3 miles away from our current location. We called and asked to schedule a date to move the swing set (because we don't own it and didn't want to be liable for damages (it's huge)), and they told us it would be almost $500 to have it moved. There was no concern for the equipment, and we hadn't paid it off. We told them that we don't have that up front, as we're paying the down payment on the house. We offered to make payments rolled into our monthly payment, they refused. They said they'd pick it up (at their expense) and that we'd still be charged for the entire month of September! We paid a large deposit and have never been late. Instead of working with us, they'd rather pay the cost of moving it, and lose the monthly revenue from our contract. Poor business. Poor customer service.

Several years ago I received a playmor swing set from Hershberger Lawn Structures in Millersburg Ohio for our grandchildren. We also had it professionally installed on site by the Playmor team. The whole process from start to finish was a true blessing. The folks at HLS treated us like family answering all of our questions and fitting us with the perfect swing set. The installation crew provided us with great knowledge of their product and each crew member showed great character values during the installation. Good folks with a good product! We have since handed down that same swing set to the next generation in our family. I only re stained it once! Really didn’t need to, the wood was still solid as a rock but I did to make it fresh for the next round of children in our growing family. Five stars for the company and each of their employees! It’s the only place we will ever buy a swing set.

First off Jerry, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way about our company. I am not the owner, however I do work for them as a dealer. I'm not sure what happened to make you feel this way, and as I can see this was 4 years ago, but I should assure you we are a very reputable company and have bettered over the years!
