Excellent professional service provided by Jay and Kristy upon the listing and sale of an older house. They quickly understood the situation in which the house needed to be cleared of hoarded items and they worked with me (and partnered with a downsizing company) on a schedule to get the house cleared, cleaned and prepped for sale. Jay and Kristy were THE BEST to deal with! They provided a plan, step-by-step instructions on how to execute that plan and went above and beyond supporting us through the entire process. Their connections in helping us prepare the house for sale were top notch from packers, to handyman, cleaners, photographers and staging.
