Heidi is a great real estate agent. Throughout the process of buying my house, I always felt like she had my best interest in mind. She answered my million questions honestly, and she was very patient with me. This was my first time buying a house on my own and Heidi was supportive and understanding, and as I said, very patient. Also, my yard was left a mess when I took possession and she found a great contractor to clean the yard to my satisfaction.
She really is a fair, honest, supportive and patient agent, and I definitely recommend her!

Me and my husband just got our dream home. And we would like to thank our realtor which is Heidi.She took a big role in fulfilling our dream. Working with Heidi was the best realtor experience I’ve ever had. Communication was always prompt, document signing via docusign was efficient, and easy.
She listed my home with a 3D virtual walk through, which was absolutely flawless. She worked well with all parties involved, including the tenant, property management company, and lawyer.
She chose the right price point to list, took great pictures, and wrote a great property pitch. Within a week and a half, I was signing a conditional offer letter for very close to the list price. What’s more impressive, is that we’ve never formally met, as I live out of province, and was unable to travel to make customary arrangements.

Heidi came very highly recommended when we were searching for someone to sell our house, she came over gave us tips before we listed and was so understand and full of knowledge. We listed and sold in 2 days, Heidi made the process so easy and explained every step along the way.
