So many beautiful gifts available, throw in some fresh fudge, or chocolate and you will have the perfect gift!
It was very busy when we stopped in, but we were able to go through checkout quickly, even had a portion of our purchase wrapped (would have had it all wrapped, but opted to get out own gift bag).

Fudge plus other treats to buy or sample. Specialty skin care products for men and women. Seasonal section is a delight to see. Bedding selection is amazing with high quality product. A must see!

When I entered I was not greeted as the couple ahead of me was. I was also followed around the shop and not asked if I needed assistance or if I was looking for something in particular on this occasion. When I paid, I was not greeted or asked if I found everything I came for. I am not under dressed or overdressed on this occasion, I would say that I am blending in with the overall patrons of Smithers with a name brand sweater, running shoes and MEC raincoat. The only visible aspect of my appearance is that I am FN although I am not of the local first Nations whose land they have a shop on- a quick Google search shows that this is traditional Wetsuweten territory -

As shopping in person is more uncommon these days with a wealth of online shops that offer far greater deals on merchandise and body products, I found this in shop experience extremely underwhelming and would not recommend this store to any of my travelling or international friends who frequent this area.

Had the best shopping experience with Heartstrings Home Decor. The sales staff and customer service went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They even gift wrapped my ordered in time for Christmas saving me a lot of time and headache. I am very impressed with the communication and response from this business. The folks here went so above and beyond for me, I cannot praise them enough.
I had an impossible request 4 days before Christmas and not only did Barbara meet my request, she went through the store the SAME day that I ordered to make sure my items were in stock and then went through each one with me over the phone to offer alternatives and suggestions.
I don’t even live in Smithers and with the service here I was able to get a basket of incredibly beautiful things to a dear friend.
These fine people are running a top notch place when it comes to selection, value, and now I can testify, top-shelf care.
I felt wonderfully looked after and will be shopping here again.
