I dealt with Brett on buying my home . It was my first home purchase and I was truly clueless to the process. Brett helped me see the properties I thought I wanted and guided me to a home that has way better resale value and fits all my needs. I really felt supported with all my questions and concerns . He made sure to make this stressful process as easy for me as possible !! Great guy also , love that he is a farm kid so he takes things in to consideration that maybe missed by other realtors . Brett was great to deal with. He appreciated the uniqueness of our property and seemed to market it well. The property sold in a reasonable time frame for what was probably close to market value. It is always hard to know what could have been achievable on a higher end property. I would work with him again and would recommend him to others.
