I have been working with Greywind since the start of 2020. Before this job I was working at a grocery store absolutely hating it because I had a set pay and couldn’t make my way up solely based on seniority. Got hired here at the start of January and been here since because I decide what I make through my work ethic and determination. Hands down one of the best jobs I’ve ever had because of how hard they push you to become the absolute best version of yourself. If you are dedicated and put the effort in to this you will get MORE than what you’re looking for and become a LOT more confident then before. The team atmosphere is incredible and the people here care about your growth and personal development and want you to become the person you want to be. People are so welcoming and help you every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better team 🙂

If you are someone who is willing to work hard for yourself, on your personal and professional development and have interest in excelling in a performance based environment - this will be a great fit for you. This is a sales company. They hire very young, inexperienced, unprofessional people that are willing to sell direct to customers to get people to knock on doors and increase the customer's spend on telecom, cable/network packages or whatever thing they can get a contract for at any time. If you are not a career sales-focused individual, or want to become one, do not waste your time here.

This company has repeatedly tried to recruit me from my online resumes and I have repeatedly refused because their job offers are below my career level. They're recruiters are very polite, but also very rude. They've hung up on me and claimed that they are storing a file of my personal information that I have asked that they remove from their system as they have not been authorized to retain my information. After the call another extremely rude person called me to lecture me about how they were not retaining my information and how they had acquired it. It was a very negative experience and I will make sure I never buy from this company in future.

Beware of sales/marketing companies that do not exhibit the highest standards of ethical behaviour both with their employees and their customers.

An opportunity for some, not for most. After a rather clumsy hiring process and a couple days of on the job training, I decided it wasn't for me. If you're looking for something with stability and regularity this isn't it. Target sales and "pitches" make a rigid work environment and I didn't meet anyone who'd been there more than 4 months. Imo, be prepared for something unexpected and go in with a guard.

Yes we do residential sales, its very lucrative BUT everyone that has worked with us knows SALES IS NOT WHAT WE ARE and the skills they have learnt are being used in their daily lives RIGHT NOW
